Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns of WebBuddy's services.
Digital Services
For our digital services and products:
- Custom development work is non-refundable once work has begun
- Subscription services may be cancelled at any time
- Unused prepaid services may be eligible for partial refunds
- Template purchases are non-refundable after download
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Service was not delivered as specified in the contract
- Technical issues prevent service delivery
- Cancellation before work has begun
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase
- Provide order details and reason for refund
- Allow up to 10 business days for review
- Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method
Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Changes in project requirements after work has begun
- Dissatisfaction with design choices after approval
- Services already delivered and accepted
- Cancellations after project completion
