This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and returns of WebBuddy's services.

Digital Services

For our digital services and products:

  • Custom development work is non-refundable once work has begun
  • Subscription services may be cancelled at any time
  • Unused prepaid services may be eligible for partial refunds
  • Template purchases are non-refundable after download

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service was not delivered as specified in the contract
  • Technical issues prevent service delivery
  • Cancellation before work has begun
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide order details and reason for refund
  • Allow up to 10 business days for review
  • Approved refunds will be processed to original payment method

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Changes in project requirements after work has begun
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices after approval
  • Services already delivered and accepted
  • Cancellations after project completion
